Replacements/Exchanges

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. However if you feel you have received a product that is abnormal we want to hear from you. Notify a customer care specialist via email (firstclassluxehair@gmail.com) within 5 days from the date the item was received. NOTE that using non-recommended products, removing hair from packaging and chemical processing to the hair VOIDS any opportunity for replacement. If TF Hair verifies and agrees that the product is defective we will replace your item. 
All replacements must be shipped back with proper tracking information if we do NOT receive the item within 7 days after exchange has been accepted your replacement will be VOID.
